Entry Level Thatcham Approved.
The S7 is the minimum Thatcham approved tracker category accepted by UK insurers. Do not let entry level mislead you, the S7 is a genuinely capable system. Real time GPS tracking, 24/7 professional monitoring and immediate theft recovery response are all included.
What the S7 does not have is Automatic Driver Recognition. It tracks and recovers, it does not proactively identify a theft the moment it begins. For most standard vehicles where the insurer has not specified a higher category the S7 is a solid and cost-effective solution.

S5 Tracker
The Most Widely Required Category.
The S5 builds on everything the S7 offers and adds the one feature that changes everything, Automatic Driver Recognition. You carry a small discreet tag and the system knows when you are behind the wheel. The moment your vehicle moves without that tag present the monitoring centre is alerted immediately.
This matters because the methods organised theft gangs rely on today, relay attacks, key cloning, OBD exploitation, are designed to get a vehicle moving before anyone reacts. The S5 flags the theft before the vehicle has left your street.
If your vehicle has keyless entry, if it is high value or if your insurer has specifically required an S5 this is the right tracker. It is also the tracker we most commonly recommend for vans carrying tools and equipment.

S5+ Tracker
Maximum Protection.
The S5+ is the highest level of Thatcham approved tracker protection available. It adds remote immobilisation to everything the S5 provides, meaning in a confirmed theft the monitoring centre can prevent the engine from restarting once the vehicle has stopped.
It is the only tracker category that does not just track a theft but physically intervenes in it. For prestige vehicles, performance cars and any vehicle where your insurer has specifically required remote immobilisation the S5+ is the correct solution.
