A camera that is either forward or rear-facing, and records while you drive, or while you’re parked up. It is fitted to your dashboard and can be useful if it captures any incidents for insurance or as evidence protecting you and other motorists. Reversing cameras are a parking aid so you can park easier. The camera view appears when in reverse so you can see what is behind you. The camera can be fully integrated into your current media system, or a separate monitor can be installed.

Parking sensors are another form of parking aid. They work by making a beep sound as you get closer to an object (moving or still). As you get closer to the object, the beep gets faster. A light sensor can also be added to the dashboard, where the light goes red if you are getting too close to an object. Each of these sensors can be adjusted in terms of sensitivity . Sensors can be installed in the rear and front - rear sensors work when in reverse, and front sensors work at the switch of a button.
